Advantage Healthwatch™ is a subscription-based nurse visitation service providing comfort and security to families of home-based parents, grandparents, or other close relations.
One of the biggest concerns families face is their inability to "check-in" on loved ones, ensuring that they are feeling well, attending to personal and home care, and having their needs addressed. This is especially true for families separated by long distances.
Regularly Scheduled Visits
With Advantage Healthwatch, our nurses regularly visit your loved one on your behalf and do what you would do if you could: ask about their day, check on their diet, ensure that they are taking their medications as prescribed, and assess their mental and physical condition.
Health & Safety
Any noticeable changes in a senior’s mental or physical status, home condition or safety concerns are noted, discussed and shared with you and your loved one. We will also contact their physician if requested, or if the situation appears critical or unsafe.
We’ll help you and your loved one assess when medical attention might be warranted, or if a decision needs to be made about additional levels of care either insider or outside of the home.
Healthwatch can also assist with additional services to ensure peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Services may include:

• home maintenance service
• appointment reminders, monitoring
• medication monitoring
• social engagement
• wellness activities

Multiple Subscription Plans Available
With Advantage Healthwatch, you're able to plan just the right amount of visitation. Once we’ve assessed your loved one's situation, we may recommend increasing or decreasing the frequency of the visits.
Weekly Nurse Visitation
This service might be right for families concerned that their loved one is nearing the time he or she might soon need care outside of the home, or those that have been released from hospital but don’t require ongoing skilled in-home nursing or attendant care.
Bi-weekly Nurse Visits
This service is terrific for clients already receiving some help in the home, perhaps a companion or personal care assistant. Our nurses schedule visits every other week. Most clients welcome this level of visitation as helpful and not too intrusive.
Monthly Nurse Visits
For the fairly independent senior, this service helps families stay connected. It’s a very cost effective way to virtually "be there" when distance keeps you apart.
Healthwatch clients have access to one of our registered nurses 24 hours a day. Services can be selected based on the client’s needs and can be changed as needed.
