Maggie Lazarre, RN, MS

Advantage Home Health Services was founded by President Maggie Lazarre. Ms. Lazarre is a Registered Nurse with a background in cardiac care management, patient teaching, and wellness program development.

An industry visionary, Ms. Lazarre is responsible for building Advantage’s team-focused approach, ensuring that seniors, their care-givers, their physicians, therapists, nurses and social workers are all working in concert to deliver optimal physical and emotional outcomes.

A passionate and outspoken advocate for eldercare and the benefits of aging in place, Ms. Lazarre continues to be a driving force and visionary for home-based care in Central Florida.

She has been published in the Journal of Home Healthcare Practice and Caring Magazine.

Ms. Lazarre holds a Master's in Health Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from College of New Rochelle, New York.

She currently serves as a board member of the Home Care Association of Florida as well as Lakeland Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Lazarre is proud to be a member of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, and was past Chair of both the Lakeland Chamber and Lakeland Chamber Foundation.
