We’re not a large national or international corporation. We offer our well-managed and highly supervised services only in Central Florida under the continued guidance of our visionary founder and passionate senior advocate, President Maggie Lazarre, RN, MS. We deliver outstanding quality home care services by focusing our attention and resources on bringing world-class home care to our community, unbeholden to shareholders or other outside interests.

Licensure

Advantage Home Health Services, Inc. is licensed to operate in the State of Florida by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA): License # 299991465.
In addition, we are certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide home health services to Medicare and Medicaid clients.

24 x 7 Coverage

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Eastern Time. We have a staff Registered Nurse (RN) on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays and weekends.

Our Team

Unlike many other home health providers, our employees are not independent contractors. They are employees of Advantage Home Health Services, Inc.and covered under our Professional Liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance. Our employees are also bonded.

Comprehensive Screening

All Advantage team members undergo an intensive screening process including:

•  • In-depth interview and behavioral screening
•  • Reference checks
•  • Competency testing
•  • Drug testing

Our personal care attendants are screened using the Care giver Quality Assurance (CQA) assessment tool to insure that our care givers have the personality traits necessary to bring joy to our beloved clients in their delivery of home care services.

Ongoing performance evaluation includes:

•  • Periodic in-home evaluation
•  • Yearly evaluation
